North American F-86A Sabre (49-1096 marked '24387'). Delivered to 33rd FIW at Otis on March 14, 1950, it served with 60th FIS until transferred to 116th FIS (Washington ANG) on May 25 1951. The 116th had been mobilized and deployed to RAF Shepherds Grove in the UK during September 1951. '096 served in Europe until returned to CONUS in November 1954. It was retired to Kellog in June 1959. Records also have this as 49-1095 which are presumed to be in error. |

Convair NF-106A-CO Delta Dart (56-0451 marked '90082'). This aircraft was ordered as an F-102B, but redesignated F-106A during construction. Transported by road to AFFTC at Edwards AFB on December 14, 1956. Its first flight was made on December 26, 1956 and accepted by the USAF in May 1957 as a YF-106A, later NF-106A. Delivered by air to NMUSAF on March 3, 1960 to Selfridge Air Museum on April 7, 1989. |
