Final Flight of the Lynx
Reported as five but four Lynx AH.9s with 657 Squadron AAC based at Odiham flew a route around England. At Shawbury a forward air refuelling point (FARP) was set up. For the many photographers it was disappointing that this was some 800 yards away from any vantage point.
A Griffin with the Defence Helicopter Flying School (DHFS) was doing underslung loads (USL) training for most of the morning close to the fenceline. |
