14 Squadron - RAF Waddington

14 Squadron is now part of 5 Squadron based at RAF Waddington operating the Beechcraft Shadow R.1 in the in the Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) role.
From January 2001 14 Squadron operated the Tornado GR.1. Flying the Tornado GR.4 they became the lead unit utilising the new Litening III targeting pod with Precision Guided Munitions (PGM) such as Paveway II and III Laser Guided Bomb's (LGB) until it was disbanded at RAF Lossiemouth on June 1, 2011.
