RAF Valley
4 Fighter Training School

Many a happy hour was spent walking and photographing around RAF Valley when I was in my teens. Then I was entertained by 4 FTS and their red and white Hunters and Gnats today the base is the home of shiny black Hawk T.1s of 208(R) Squadron and T.2s of 4(R) Squadron. RAF Valley is very accessible from the outside, you can get close and walk easily around most of the perimiter and the fences are low. Today I was at a loose end so I relived my first days with a SLR camera just for fun.
